There is a $25.00 Reservation fee that will hold your unit for 14 days. This fee will be applied to your first month's rent.
Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
Unit will not be guaranteed held for 14 days without the reservation fee.
By reserving online, we will waive the administration fee at the time of your rental.
Applicable unit discounts will be applied at the time of rental.
A facility manager will contact you once your reservation has been made.
