Importantly, the staff provides exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond in their efforts to give personal attention to each client. We have stored our RV trailer at all-star storage in Torrington for over 5 years now. This is, by far, the best storage place we have ever experienced. The whole facility is clean and well secured. We feel very comfortable knowing our trailer is safe and secure. Barbara always offers a friendly greeting. She has gone out of her way to call us when a different spot became available and thought it might be easier for us to back up into. Great personal service! We would not trust any other place to care for our RV storage. Thank You!!!!
